    there sold for 349,000 e/a , there almost new and don’t need any repairs . Other thing is full so far so no vacancies !!! now 3,006,000 mi is no so easy to get , interesting I know you will….whant to JV with me in this???

  39. I’ve had a few deals, one involved a prperty listed at $10,000,000 with a 2% finders fee. The problems was I tried to process over 200 units. Well I guess you know what happened. I have no money to start with, Just my luck…right?

      That is such a wonderful question and it points directly to what’s so different about Peter. He doesn’t make any claims about getting rich overnight because it took him 3.5 years to “make it” and he’s a darn hard worker.

      So, no, I’m sure that Peter doesn’t expect you to get your deal done in 10 days, what he has done is set up his system where it’s easy for serious people to get in and check it out, the 10 day trial allows those who are just tire kickers a chance to peak in, but then they don’t waste anyone’s time because they never stick with anything in their lives.

    • Hey Carlo,

      I do know that Peter’s system covers both buying and fixing costs, and also that some of the details you should check out during the 10 Day Risk Free Trial. Something about putting fixup materials on a home depot card and then getting paid back once the work is done or something. Once you get in, read thru the QuickStart Materials and training and this should answer 95% of your questions. I think that’s why Peter did the 10 day trial, so serious people can get in and check everything out for themselves.

First off….taking 50% of profits is stupid….there are plenty of hard money lenders out there to get the funding done and not take 50% of your profits. 2. anyone that is going to put up money and say it is up to us to determine the profit margin is FULL OF ——!!!!. I would never put up money on a property that is just going to make me 10k …..so you are just trying to get people into paying you and I am sure screw them over with outrageous terms….

  53. Your program appears great. What do you mean,” once your approved”? If I would be using your money what would be the problem. Wouldn’t a ” Letter of Proof” be enough? No offense but my nephew just gave away a lot of small amounts of money, one, two three hundred of dollars for the chance of a life time. And all of them said their money would be refunded within said amount of time but it Never was, so what makes you diferent? I’m truly interested, hard worker, been around housing from the ground up ( my father was a contractor and build beautiful homes). Now with the economy the way it is and in general the health of the Nation or world, I want results from what I chose to do, just as you want to be successful in your finanical life. I cannot afford to waist time and money. So what makes you different? Please reply also what price range of houses are you looking to invest your finances for short turn? I live in Orange County, CA and some places are fixer uppers that should be torn down ( so there’s little invest…at first) to places that certainly note worthy but start at $600,000.00 and will sell..so e mail me back, I’m interested but have little to invest in either as far as credit store or finanically. We have been hit hard but that doesn’t mean we’re not getting up again!

      In our staff meeting yesterday Peter said that he’s going to find the time to make some videos that will help provide more information for you. I know how busy he is, so it’s probably going to be a week or longer before he gets those up. Since the program is closing soon, you can just wait to see the other videos if you want and then in 2 or 3 months it should open back up.

These guys will buy wholesale deals from me all day, so they know that I can find profitable deals…but when I ask to move to a partner or private lender format, they always have an excuse for why it’s not possible.

  172. I am a Realtor in Vermont. I do BPO’s every week for all the major Loss Mitigation companies. I know the market like the back of my hand. I know of at least 2 no-brainer deals that can be flipped right now but don’t have access to funds to make all cash offers. Being self-employed with a mortgage of my own, the banks don’t want to talk to me. I have seen too many REO and short sale deals go to the larger investors that can make all cash/no contingency offers. I already know what to look for, how to structure a deal, what needs to be done to repair/flip, and what amount the banks are willing to go to on distressed properties. I need help on the funding side of the equation.

I found a property recently where I got the seller to carry me, pay closing costs, and no down payment, but lost the deal because an Investor from Michigan came in and offered the seller cash, so the owner backed out.     I am very interested in your program of your 50:50 profit sharing for flipping property.
    My question is this. Once you receive all of the documents you need from your partners in the field about a particular deal, what is the turn around decision time on going ahead with the deal?
    How long do you recommend the term of the initial contract with a seller be drawn for to allow for all of the preparations for closing?
    I like your program because of the support and thye 100% financing. Another tranactional program that I am considering with another organization provides 75% funding for 90 days but my profit margins would be considerably higher.
