Q. Does this system capture the callers phone number even if they don’t leave a message?
A. Because this system uses a toll-free number, it captures the phone number of EVERY caller even if they have a caller ID block. This means you will be able to get motivated sellers phone numbers even if they hang up before leaving a message, because the numbers will be listed on your monthly bill summary as ewll as. And, when a caller does leave a message, you can access his/her phone number directly after listening to the message.
Q. How do I set up notification for my 866 number?
A. Please call Proquest Technologies Client Services Department at 800-959-3959. . Tell the representative your toll-free number and they will look up your account. They will be able to set up your email, text messaging and/or pager notification over the phone and it will be ready to use instantly.
Q. Where is my order?
A. If you registered online, you’ll get an e-mail with your toll-free voicemail number and instructions to use the system usually within 1 business day! Q. How do I cancel my service?
A. If you are already a client and you wish to cancel, please call Proquest Technologies; Client Services Department at 800-959-3959 and speak with a Client Services Coordinator.
Q. How do I know what the recordings are on each extension?
A. When you become an Investor Voicemail client, you receive a Quick Start Guide, which tells you how to set up the different features of your system, and the scripts for each extension and the initial greeting. If you did not receive these things, please contact Proquest Technologies Client Services Department at 800-959-3959 or email a request to client.services@proquest-tech.com and request another copy be sent to you.
Q. What are the different ways I can pay my monthly bill?
A. When you sign up for the Investor Voicemail System you are put on ’Auto Bill”; this means that at the beginning of each month you are mailed a one page summary, your complete invoice will be available online at proquest-tech.com. On or around the 20th of each month your credit card will be billed for the entire amount due listed on your mailed invoice. This in the only option for billing available for Investor Voicemail clients.

Q. Will I be given a toll-free number or can I use one I already have/can I use a vanity number instead of the toll-free number I’;ve been given?
A. You will be given a toll-free “866″; number ; we will not port a number in, nor will we allow a search for vanity numbers. The number you are given is for your use unless there is something technically wrong; the number won’;t work, there is static on the line, etc.; then we will assign a new “866″; toll-free number from our database.
Q. What is the client website address?
A. If you are an Investor Voicemail client and need to go to the client website to view your monthly invoice or to view your call detail report, you will need to visit www.proquest-tech.com.
