  6. Looks Like I am having the same issue as some on this comment thread. I have created a password but when I enter the email and password I get a Duplicate Login message. I have signed up and created a login for a previous mentorship a few years back but not sure if that is what is conflicting here. Would make sense though?

    This is Peter Huang. I became a premium member of Peter Conti’s real estate investing group when I paid to purchase the courses, bonuses and became eligible to use Peter Conti’s money to purchase and sell real estate properties and split the money 50/50. I really want to learn how to start investing in real estate and flip real estate deals using Peter Conti’s money and split the profits 50/50. I need some coaches to start teaching me how to advertise ( or get other people to bring me the deals) for potential residential and commercial real estate deals. I need the coaches to teach me how to analyze the deals that I would bring to them, how to structure the deals so that the sellers would want to sell us their properties. How to fix-up and flip the deals using Peter Conti’s money so we can split the profits 50/50. I know I can learn a lot faster with the coaches walking me through real life deals rather than me learning from the examples in the training videos. This way I can learn while I earn. Can some coaches from Peter Conti’s group teach me how to start learning and making some serious money in residential and commercial real estate ASAP? I would really appreciate it.   12. i studyed with rich dad poor dad and i just finish training with dean graziosi. I know now after all this training how badly i need a coach.I found daels in waldorf md,but i dont have earness money,to put contract on the properties. i am looking for some one like your self the expert to help me.
    my question to you is that can i obtain the properties with your money to flip.with your approval
    i am retired from us postal service as a mechanic supervisor and building maintenance supervisor.

    I get paid once a month, so fliping property will help me build the knowledge needed in this business

  13. Due to a discrepancy of an old billing address on my credit card the charge would not go through. But then once I fixed the address I was charged twice. Now I am trying to log in but I cannot because it says duplicate user name because of the double transaction.
    Can someone help me please? I am anxious to get started on the training.

    I followed your instructions to login but when I tried to login after I entered my Username/email address and password,for the first time and a few times after that, I would get this statement:

    “DUPLICATE LOGIN NAME. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT ONE”.

    Please let me know what to do so I can get on the “member’s site” and start the training.

  15. It is not letting me in . It may because our check we overnighted
    came back. The address we were given was wrong. We were in Nebraska for a funeral. I am back and anxious to go. If we can just transfer the funds instead of mailing a check so I can move on. I am off today and I want to take advantage of my time!

    the training center and select training courses. I have created a password but I’m getting a message
    log in not accepted. I can only access free training.
    Help please.

    Thank you for writing, it certainly sounds like you are serious about the work you are doing, and making deals happen – that is GREAT!!

    I would also say, just stick with it, and if ever you are unsure, just go with your gut instinct! That will likely be the most natural/appropriate action anyhow.
